Hi, how are you. I am Lucas, and, through a process of questionable decisions made by the previous board, I will be the commissioner of external relations. For those who don’t know me yet, I'll tell you a bit about myself: As a blundering fly gets ensnared in the web of a conniving spider, I was tricked into joining ERA by the former board members. All I can remember is having about 17 flugels and several beers, being cornered by the imposing treasurer until I had signed up for a committee. I cannot exactly remember the pretenses that led me to be involved with the organization. And although I usually make bad decisions when drunk, this definitely wasn’t one of them. I am proud to be able to be your commissioner of external relations this year, and although I feel a certain weight dawn on me of all that that was before me, I will endeavor to fulfill my position as best as possible.
